Wornly is an online platform that connects individuals who want to buy or sell used, intimate items like worn socks, gloves, or other personal goods. All users remain anonymous, and transactions are handled securely through the platform.

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Located in the Netherlands (currently active in Amsterdam only)

We do not allow users under 18 or from outside supported regions.

To use Wornly, you need to create an account with:

• A nickname (your real name is never shown)
• A valid email address
• Your delivery address (used only for delivery)

You're responsible for keeping your account safe and for all activity under your login.

• Sellers list their items with a description, image, and price. They must ensure the item is clean, ready for delivery, and accurately described.
• Buyers can purchase directly via the platform using our secure checkout.
• All buyers and sellers remain fully anonymous. No personal contact details are ever shared.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines (e.g., illegal content, unsafe items).

We currently offer:

• Same day delivery in Amsterdam, handled by our trusted courier team.
• Postal delivery is also available.

Buyers will be informed once an order is confirmed and out for delivery.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

• Buyers are charged at the time of purchase.
• For now, sellers are paid immediately after purchase, as all deliveries are handled locally by our trusted team.
• When postal delivery becomes available, we may delay payouts until delivery is confirmed, to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed once an item is delivered.

If there's an issue with a product or a delivery, please contact us at contact@wornly.nl. We will do our best to resolve disputes fairly.

We take your privacy seriously. On Wornly:

• Buyers and sellers never meet
• Real identities are never shared
• All personal info is encrypted and stored securely

We reserve the right to:

• Remove listings or users that violate our guidelines
• Suspend or delete accounts for fraud, abuse, or unsafe behavior

You may also request account or data deletion at any time by emailing contact@wornly.nl.

We may update these terms as Wornly grows. We'll notify users when major changes occur. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
